a couple weeks ago, i was able to see brandi carlile

up at red butte gardens. she was amazing & the location

was just as good. i couldn't imagine a better place for a

summer concert.
if you're ever in the area, i highly recommend going.

clean freak.for those of you who know me well enough, you know
that i'm obsessed with washing my sheets twice a week,
i can never use too much bleach, things can never be
too clean and once i start cleaning, i find at least 5 other
things that need to be cleaned.

it's an on going process...
like my apartment for example.

not that i'm not glad i'm a clean freak, much better than being
a messy little freak... but, it would be nice to look at an
air vent or the ceiling and not think
about how i'm going to clean it.

seriously, i'm really thinking about the air vent & ceiling, this is no joke.

last night we left & drove to vegas.

cierra, susanna & i jammed to some nelly,

along with some other old school beauties.

once we were there, i had to stay up for a few hours

so i could try my first hand at gambling in vegas.

... it didn't go so well. so much for beginners luck?

steve tried to help me with playing 21, but that

didn't go so well either.

it was fun though and i'm going to start practicing my

skill at 21 for next time.

anyways... we're here in utah for a little(till sunday morning).

boyfriend is on his way down from slc & i couldn't

be happier.

Today has been quite the day...
Drove to Vegas to pick up Nana, Papa, Aunt Tam,
Uncle Keith, Pryce & Cierra. Then we drove to St. George
to catch a showing of Foot Loose... needless to say,
it was interesting and very impressive that boyfriend sat
through the whole thing with only a few comments.
It was a proud moment.
Now, laughing ourselves to sleep over the whole
production and everything else that pops
into our slap happy minds.

Can't wait to FINALLY be in Lake Powell tomorrow...
It's going to be a VERY fun week.
